My philosophy in teaching is always to employ a student-centered approach. I believe that all students are unique; hence, the individual difference is a reality in a classroom. They all come to school with different talents. As a mathematics teacher, I am thoroughly committed to ensuring that I develop those individual talents by facilitating and providing a learning environment, which will meet the needs of each student in education and parameters of a student-centered approach.​

     I am responsible for providing such an atmosphere, where the student will feel comfortable, secured, and loved. This environment will boost their confidence needed for them to succeed. I have a belief that the standards set for the student should be high and achievable. The challenge provided to them should stimulate their critical thinking and help them explore their potentials to the fullest.
